Touch A Heart Now is committed to operating with integrity, accountability, and openness. We believe our donors, partners, and the communities we serve deserve clear access to our governing documents and organizational information. Below you will find the official records and certifications that establish our legal formation and oversight. We are currently in the process of preparing our application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Once approved, our IRS determination letter and annual filings will be posted here.
International Operations
Touch A Heart Now partners directly with local leadership in Uganda. Our work there is recognized through official registration as a Community-Based Organization (CBO) by the district authorities we serve. This allows us to legally operate programs and provide aid within the community.
